REIKI I

In this course you will learn the foundational principles of Reiki, the benefits, balancing the energy systems and chakras, doing healings on yourself and others for self-care as well as being attuned to the Reiki family.  You will learn to use your breath for healthier living.

What you will learn in Reiki I:

• Introduction to Reiki: Explore the history of Reiki, and understand how it can enhance your well-being.

• Reiki Principles and setting intentions: Discover the five Reiki principles and how they can guide you towards a balanced and fulfilling life.

• Energy and Chakras: Gain a deep understanding of energy centres (chakras) and the human energy field. This includes the energy centres when working with pets.

• An introduction to Reiki Symbols and their significance in enhancing the flow of healing energy.

• Attunements: Experience a powerful attunement that will open your energy channels and connect you to the universal life force energy.

• Hand Positions: Learn the basic hand positions used in Reiki healing and practice giving and receiving energy.

• Self-Healing Techniques: Master self-healing techniques to address physical, emotional, and mental imbalances within yourself. Clearing and managing your energy for healing.

• Working with others: Develop the skills and confidence to perform Reiki on family and friends including your pets.

• Ethics and Boundaries: Understand the ethical considerations when working with Reiki.

• Integrating Reiki into Daily Life: Discover how to incorporate Reiki principles and practices into your everyday routines for ongoing healing and personal growth.

• Learn about the other levels of Reiki and the personal development path to becoming a Practitioner (Reiki II) and Master Level Trainer.

• There will be Hands-on Practice with your fellow trainees.

• You will also receive your Attunement to Reiki to enhance your personal and spiritual development.

• You will also have the opportunity to join Reiki Q&A and practice sessions.

• Reiki Level 1 Attunement

• Reiki Level 1 Comprehensive Manual and laminated sheets for practising

• Reiki Level 1 Certificate

• Audio Meditations for deepening your practice

• Bonus: Heart-Centred Breathwork practices for health and well-being

• Bonus: Energy centre (chakra) charts for pets

• You will commence a 21 day Reiki Self-Care practice of clearing and energising your body, mind and soul by working on your chakras or energy centres with Reiki.
