In Reiki I - this course you will learn the foundational principles of Reiki, the benefits, balancing the energy systems and chakras, doing healings on yourself and others for self-care as well as being attuned to the Reiki family.

In Reiki II you will learn to connect with your energy in a deeper and develop your mind, body and spirit including your intuition. After completion of this course, you may decide to open your own Reiki practice, incorporate Reiki into your existing practice, or be curious about working with energy on a much deeper and personal level including learning how to conduct remote or distance healings.
