Why I created this space

Hi I'm Robyn and I've been there, I know what it’s like to spend Sunday nights spiralling. That anxious feeling, that extra glass, the nagging sense of dread as your nervous system braces for another week.

I created Sunday Reset for those who need a little extra support when the overwhelm takes over. It’s the space I once wished I had - a gentle pause to soften, quiet the mental noise and return to myself. A space to feel grounded, empowered and supported before stepping into a new week.

Come and explore a sense of balance, with like-minded people, you deserve to feel different.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to be on camera?
A: Not at all. You’re welcome to join with your camera off and simply receive.

Q: What if I can’t attend all four sessions?
A: Join what you can. This isn’t about pressure it’s about creating space.

Q: Do I have to speak or share?
A: No. There’s no expectation to share just being there is enough. But if you do share, it’s a safe, confidential space.
