Endometriosis & Cycle Flare Support Program

Endometriosis Support Program for Heavy, Painful Periods and Cycle Flares - if this is what you’ve been searching for, you’re in the right place. Whether you’re diagnosed with endometriosis, suspect it, or you’re simply dealing with symptoms that disrupt your life, this program is designed to help you feel more supported in your body.

 

Common signs include heavy bleeding or clotting, painful periods, pelvic pain, bloating (“endo belly”), fatigue, and flare-ups that affect your work, relationships, and confidence. Many women live with these symptoms for years before receiving clear answers.

 

This is a practical, compassionate space to build nervous system tools, explore belief-pattern shifts, and reduce the day-to-day impact of cycle flares alongside your medical care.

This is a limited beta cohort of the Endo Edge Method™ - a 12-week program designed to test a powerful idea: that endometriosis isn’t just physical symptoms to “push through,” it often comes with repeatable patterns in belief systems and stress responses that can keep the body stuck in flare cycles.

 

The purpose of this beta is to explore and measure the impact of a combined approach:

  • Identifying belief-system patterns commonly present in women living with endometriosis

  • Changing those patterns through targeted mindset and behavioural tools

  • Introducing nervous system regulation and mindful practices

  • Tracking outcomes to determine whether this approach can reduce or clear symptom impact across the 12 weeks

 

 

This is for women willing to show up weekly, do the work in and between sessions, track results and be part of a community building something that could change the way Women's Health and Endo support is delivered.

Who is this for?

Females suffering with the following symptoms:

  • Experience heavy/painful periods, fatigue, flare-ups, and disrupted daily functioning

  • Endometriosis (Endo) or who haven't been diagnosed but suspect you have it

  • Are ready to commit to a supportive, structured 12-week program and believe that there has to be a better way of dealing with symptoms such as changing beliefs.

Eligibility: Participants must:

  • Best suited to women who are currently menstruating and not using hormones that stop bleeding (pill/IUD/hormone therapies). If you’re unsure, register and we’ll clarify on your intro call.

Program Snapshot

If you’d like to be part of making a difference in women’s health, you’ll be guided to identify and shift your unique belief roadmap using tools such as the Mindset Mapping Matrix™ and Rewire Roadmap™. This is where real transformation happens as we explore what’s possible when the body feels safer, calmer, and more supported.

A 12-week guided method for women experiencing menstrual symptoms (including diagnosed or suspected endometriosis) designed to reduce symptom disruption and help you rebuild energy, balance, confidence, and worth.

  • Format: Online small group

  • Duration: 12 weeks

  • Session length: 90 minutes weekly

  • Early April. Session days/times will be confirmed once Expressions of Interest are received, based on participant locations and availability.

  • Cost: $200.00 beta pricing for this program is valued at over $1800.00 AUD

About the Program Lead

Hi, I’m Robyn. I experienced endometriosis symptoms from an early age and spent years pushing through with a “just keep going” mindset, often at the expense of my own needs and my connection to womanhood.

Now, as a Wellbeing Empowerment Coach, I support women unravel their belief patterns that keep them iin overwhelm. I am excited to bring my work to support women reclaim balance, energy and self-worth.

Q: Do I need an endometriosis diagnosis to join?
A: No. You’re welcome if you’re diagnosed, suspected, or experiencing symptoms that significantly impact your life. Many women have symptoms for years before receiving a diagnosis.

Q: What is the Endo Edge Method™?

A: The Endo Edge Method™ is a 12-week online small-group program designed to support women living with heavy periods and/or endometriosis symptoms. It combines belief-pattern work, breathwork and nervous system regulation tools and gentle movement/creative practices to help reduce the impact of symptoms and improve day-to-day quality of life.

Q: When do I have to register my Expression of Interest by?
A: Please register by the end of March. 

Q: What if I miss registering my Expression of Interest? 

A: If you miss the deadline, please register anyway. This is a beta cohort and places are limited, so I can’t guarantee a spot in this round -  however, I’ll add you to the waitlist and keep you first to know about any last-minute openings and future programs (including additional women’s health cohorts. ​​
