Service Description
Begin your Reiki journey with a supportive, practical Reiki Level 1 course designed for complete beginners. This foundational training introduces you to Reiki principles, energy awareness, chakras and simple techniques you can incorporate into your everyday self-care practice. During the course, you will explore the history and foundations of Reiki, the five Reiki principles and the importance of setting clear intentions. You will learn about the human energy field and chakra system, including energy centres when working with pets. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on practice, you will learn traditional Reiki hand positions, techniques for clearing and managing your energy, and how to offer Reiki to yourself, family members, friends and pets. You will also be introduced to Reiki symbols, ethical practice, consent and healthy boundaries. As part of your training, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, supporting your connection with Reiki energy and your ongoing personal and spiritual development. Your Reiki Level 1 training includes: Reiki Level 1 attunement Comprehensive Reiki training manual Laminated practice sheets Guided hands-on practice Reiki Level 1 certificate Audio meditations to support your practice Heart-centred breathwork practices Chakra reference charts for pets Guidance for completing a 21-day Reiki self-care practice Post-training check-ins Opportunities to attend Reiki Q&A and practice sessions No previous Reiki experience is required. The course is available face-to-face or online and is suitable for anyone interested in learning Reiki for personal wellbeing or as the first step towards Reiki Level 2 practitioner training and Reiki Master Teacher training.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy All bookings must be confirmed at least one week prior to the training date, as venues require advance notification. If you wish to book within seven days of a training date, please contact Robyn directly before booking online. A minimum number of participants is required for each training to proceed. If the minimum is not reached, training will be cancelled and all participants will receive a full refund. Refunds for cancellations are provided less the booking platform fee. If you would prefer to pay by EFT and avoid platform fees, please contact Robyn by completing the form below, and your place will be held for 48 hours pending payment. ​If you need to cancel your place for any reason, please contact Robyn as early as possible. ​
