Service Description

Begin your Reiki journey with a supportive, practical Reiki Level 1 course designed for complete beginners. This foundational training introduces you to Reiki principles, energy awareness, chakras and simple techniques you can incorporate into your everyday self-care practice. During the course, you will explore the history and foundations of Reiki, the five Reiki principles and the importance of setting clear intentions. You will learn about the human energy field and chakra system, including energy centres when working with pets. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on practice, you will learn traditional Reiki hand positions, techniques for clearing and managing your energy, and how to offer Reiki to yourself, family members, friends and pets. You will also be introduced to Reiki symbols, ethical practice, consent and healthy boundaries. As part of your training, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, supporting your connection with Reiki energy and your ongoing personal and spiritual development.
